If OpenReview learns that an account holder is under 13, the account will be suspended and the associated personal data is deleted in accordance with the [Privacy Policy](https://openreview.net/legal/privacy). \ If you are at least 13 and under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Please have your parent or legal guardian complete and sign the form, then upload it as a PDF to your profile with the unique link sent to you in the temporary rejection message. If you do not receive the link, please submit a message through the [Contact Form](https://openreview.net/contact). A parent or guardian may withdraw consent at any time.
